Waste of money

Didn’t even get the right amount of string 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Attempted to reach out to customer to resolve what appears to be a misunderstanding in expectations. It is possible that they were expecting yardage, when item is sold by the foot. My policy on cordage is to always add some extra to avoid the possibility of shortchanging anyone.

Customer has not responded, but if they do, I will update this reply.
