I am writing this sitting in my hammock overlooking a lake and basking in the soft autumnal sun. I have only spent one night in my hammock but I have spent several days working "from home" and a handful of lazy afternoons reading and dozing between the same trees I am suspended from now. The hammock is excellent it is larger, lighter, and better made than its well-loved predecessor. It has many improvements I didn't realize I needed but now love including the double-ended stuff sack. As much as I love this hammock I like Jared's excellent customer service more. Most of the time you don't deal with "customer service" unless there is an issue, But Jared understands what true customer service means. He took great care of me starting before I even placed the order. This is the gold standard of business and something all business owners, myself included should strive for. To put it simply when the people I love need gear I will happily refer them to Simply Light Designs.
