I’ve used a SLD peak bag on my Trail Lair for a few years and it works great. It weighs almost nothing and adds a surprising amount storage in an otherwise unused part of the hammock; plenty of space for a beanie, down booties and a Kindle.
When I transitioned to a lighter backpack with fewer external pockets, I wanted something besides a stuff sack to use just inside my pack for more frequently accessed items. My peak bag worked perfectly for this, except the silpoly was a little slippery. Jared worked with me to find material in his inventory that was a little stiffer and less slippery, and made me a second peak bag for the same price as the stock model. As usual, his workmanship was impeccable, and he made it and shipped it to me the next day… wow!
