The Zip-It Peak Bag makes use of otherwise unused space at the ends of your hammock, creating convenient storage that’s always within reach. Whether you’re keeping a headlamp, phone, glasses, clothing, or other camp essentials close at hand, the zippered design provides quick one-handed access while keeping everything securely contained.
Its billowed construction maximizes storage capacity without adding unnecessary width, making it roomy enough for surprisingly large items while maintaining a compact profile. The included mini carabiner allows the bag to be easily attached to a hammock ridgeline, tarp ridgeline, or other convenient attachment point.

This thing is top notch. Very well made, light, removable, roomy and secures in the peak out of the way in otherwise wasted space so it isn't sliding and moving around while you sleep. Shove some clothes in there and it can also double as a pillow.
My first try with a peak bag, and since Jared’s work is so solid and reasonably priced I had him twist me one up. I have the Voyager hammock with a peak shelf and this works at the opposite end, great place for sleep clothes or other things that need to be handy but somewhat secure. Construction and fit is perfect and is typical SLD quality. Buy with confidence.
I’ve used a SLD peak bag on my Trail Lair for a few years and it works great. It weighs almost nothing and adds a surprising amount storage in an otherwise unused part of the hammock; plenty of space for a beanie, down booties and a Kindle.
When I transitioned to a lighter backpack with fewer external pockets, I wanted something besides a stuff sack to use just inside my pack for more frequently accessed items. My peak bag worked perfectly for this, except the silpoly was a little slippery. Jared worked with me to find material in his inventory that was a little stiffer and less slippery, and made me a second peak bag for the same price as the stock model. As usual, his workmanship was impeccable, and he made it and shipped it to me the next day… wow!
I used these in each end of my hammock Warbonnet XLC, Dutchware Chameleon wife and my Amok Draumr hammocks and works great for keeping phone, wallet, keys during my day trips. Perfect size! Light speed turn around time and excellent craftsmanship.
Keeps tomorrow's cloths etc. in reach, out of the way and drier than hanging in my condensate stream. Doubles as the foot end cork in my pod system if i let it down a few inches.
