Great product timely shipping
I got exactly what I asked for and lighting fast as well.
I use the double version for caribou and sheep hunting as a glassing shelter, so I don’t get soaked sitting for hours looking through binoculars in the snow / rain. It’s lighter than a shelter-grade ‘tarp’ and pitches just fine, even in the wind. Would probably work great at the beach, too.
Based on Jeff's review on FaceBook and here, I decided to buy the double-sized SilNylon version of this ground cloth for my Durston X-Mid 1P, and I'm glad I did! The quality is outstanding. Jared did a great job on the sewing, and I have no doubt this ground cloth is going to see many seasons of good use. With the four tie-outs, I can definitely see using this as a sun-shade. or even emergency shelter. Communication from Jared was lightning quick and very helpful. Shipping was amazingly fast! I can definitely see myself doing more business with Jared in the future.
