This version of the Winter Haven tarp is designed to be more compatible with hammocks that lay at a 90 Degree angle. It still features doors that are able to be closed off at the ends. The big difference is that it utilizes Silpoly XL or Xenon Sil Wide, which allows for a tarp nearly 11.5' wide and allows for more coverage perpendicular to the ridgeline.

The fabrics are ordered as needed from either Dutchware(Xenon Sil lines) or Ripstopbytheroll (Silpoly lines), so please verify colors and availability at their respective sites.

As always, while I may have a set design, if you want to make modifications, please contact me to work out the details. With so many fabric choices available, I order the fabric for these tarps on an as needed basis. So, it will take an additional 4-5 days to receive the material.

  • The optional Tarp Pole Set is for creating more livable space underneath the tarp and attaches to the side panel pull outs. There are 2 versions - Exterior or Interior. The Exterior comes with 2 tarp poles, 4 Adjustable Quick Set Connectors (It does require the side panel pull outs from the below drop down menu to function). The Interior includes sleeves on the tarp and peak center ties to keep poles in place.

Simply the BEST tarp on the market for a 90 degree hammock

If you own a 90 degree hammock like an Amok Draumr or a HammockTent for example, then the 90 degree compatible Winter Haven tarp that Jared offers should be at the top of your list!

Jared’s attention to detail and quality work is truly unrivaled and I say this having previously owned numerous Silpoly and Silnylon tarps from other established cottage vendors over several years of hammock camping.

What makes the 90 degree compatible Winter Haven so great, is its shorter ridgeline but wider panels making it ideal for my Amok Draumr while not being excessively large or insufficient in coverage. All while still being lightweight and easily packable.

The customization from colors, cut of tarp ends, stitching color, tie out options, side panel pull outs, and internal ridgeline are just a few of the many customizations that you can get with this tarp.

Best of all, Jared was open to customizing this tarp to meet my requirements while keeping the price as cost effective as possible for me which was something I really appreciated the most. Thanks Jared!
