Warranty

Unless specified otherwise, iterms that I manufacture are warranted for one year against material and manufacturing defects. Considering that lightweight backpacking gear is a comprise between weight & quality, many lighter materials require reasonable care to maintain life and performance. Any item clearly used beyond its limitations will not be warranted.  Warranty fulfillment may include, but is not limited to, like replacement (or an exchange for a more suitable material. i.e. a slightly more robust fabric instead of a UL one) or refund if deemed that a suitable replacement cannot be produced.

Returns

With so much of my work being custom in nature, returns are handled on a case by case basis.  Refunds may not include charges associated with obtaining custom materials, labor associated with custom work, or original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
