Shipping

Being a Cottage Industry Gear Maker and offering a huge amount of customization in my products, I do not "stock" items. However, I am committed to processing and getting orders out quickly(can vary depending on the time of year and your confirmation email will have the most up to date ETA). If you have specific time constraints, please contact me, and I can work with you in most instances.

Over the years, I’ve tried to keep shipping costs as low as possible, which in recent years has become even more challenging.  I mostly use USPS, as they have been the lowest in the past, but more recently, more packages are shipping UPS, as sometimes their rates are cheaper.  USPS First class is a 3-5 day service with the recent slow down, Priority is 2-3 days and UPS ground is 2-5 days.

International Customers:

Shipping internationally can be a challenging process.  Costs can vary greatly due to weights, package sizes and between destination countries, especially when using expedited services.  Please understand that the shipping costs that are paid to me, are for the transportation costs only.  Your country likely charges their own customs and/or VAT fees/charges for importing goods.  Those fees are outside of my control, nor do I know what they will be.  Your local customs/import office should be able to help you calculate what those will be.

In an effort to keep costs low and to be as "green" as possible, items may come in re-purposed packing materials. Packages will be carefully scrutinized to ensure that their integrity has not been compromised in any way.
